Check your history file for any recent events against the card or it's shelf. As stated above, disable the card and then unplug it for a while. Plug it back in again and then try to enable it.
Look for any messages when doing this.
What I would now do is to disable the card again along with a working one and swap them over to enable them again to find out if the card has gone faulty.
