meridian 61C card issue

Hi Colleagues,
one of our analog card,s all TN showing busy,i disable and enabled card but nothing happens what is reason
we are using meridian 61C

Reseat the card.

Check your history file for any recent events against the card or it's shelf. As stated above, disable the card and then unplug it for a while. Plug it back in again and then try to enable it.
Look for any messages when doing this.

Also make sure the card passes the self test when you plug it in, 3 flashes of the LED

Hi Friends,
I tried what you guys suggested disabled card and remove and insert again and enable card but still all lines are showing busy

What I would now do is to disable the card again along with a working one and swap them over to enable them again to find out if the card has gone faulty.

If I replace the card than i have to reprogram the all extenssions again or it will be copied
