Meridian 6 x 16 question NT5B01 1

I have a customer with an older 6 x 16 Nortel Meridian Phone System.. The manual says it has hands free answerback so I'm hoping to find out how to activate it.

What the customer wants the phones to do is if there is a transferred call from inside the office from one set to another set then the Phone will just make a beep on the receiving parties phone and the call goes through without having to press any buttons...

I have programmed Answerback to Y and Handsfree Mute button but can't figure out how to activate it. Thanks.
