Meridian 11c extension tone Activation when enter a wrong Auth Code

Hi

I've got a 11c rls 25, extensions use auth codes for making external calls, when an extension enters a wrong auth code, the pbx active a high-pitched tone in the extension, I don't what feature are activating users when this happens? for solving I've got to remove the extension and create it again, please any ideas to avoid that?
 
I'm not sure if this old record relates to your problem below.

Patch 12660 removes an enhancement to the ACCL (Authorization Code Conditionally Last) feature that was introduced in Rlse 24. One of the enhancements affects the tone used to prompt users to enter their auth code. Prior to release 24, ten bursts of dial tone were given. Now the default treatment is to give a steady tone. This is causing the end user to interpret this as a failure of the feature.
