I have 200 phones on the ship with only 24 people allowed incoming calls. How do I allow people calling the ship thru-dial access to those 24 people while denying access to the other 176 phones.

i.e... Incoming caller hears my recorded voice say "If you know the parties 4 digit extension, please dial it now". I want them only access to the 24 dn's and restrict all others.

What's the simplest way to do this?

you can,t once they hit the auto attendant, they can enter any 4 digit extension programmed on your system.

You can, with Restriction/Permission lists applied to the Auto Attendant, they can only enter the numbers that are within the permitted range.

you can apply the FR2-CLS in ld10/11 for those denying incoming-outline calls sets. other 24-sets may have higher class. I think it is the simplest way.
