Has anybody had an issue with the Video checkout and phone checkout sending info that guest is checking out and that maid has cleaned room simultaneously.
My customer is saying that Marriots "propretary" PMS system has had this as a known issue and that there is a fix for it. They do not know what the fix is or of another place that has the issue that has been resolved but they know its the PBX's fault. I cant find anything on the Avaya website of in ESPL as a patch.
Any help would be great!
