Meridan System Moved Station Location wire

I have a meridan system and I needed to move a station cable because it was not connected. I pulled the cable that was working off of the 110 block and punched it down on new location. Now the phone will flash for about 1 second but will not show time/date. Did I do something wrong or do I need to do something to get the phone to come up with time and date.

Is the time and date the only thing not working or is the phone completely dead?
Try Feature *7 and try to adjust the contrast.

It flashes and then goes dead but I know the phone works

Sounds like a cross wire.
Swap the cross-connect wire on station cable BIX block and punch down.
