Arcserver 2000 SP4 on Windows 2000 Server SP2..
Tapes are from another company. Merges routinely fail with only a portion merging successfully. Not sure whats going on here but Arcserv tech support has been USELESS. Any Arcserv guru's have REAL suggestions on where you'd turn if faced with a similar situation? I am considering involving a data recovery specialist to see if the tapes are damaged in some way though i suspect the real problem is still configuration related.
