I have got data which has been truncated over severalf fields within one column of my table. Each field which has been truncated has the same reference no for each line of data which has been split up. Is there a way of getting this truncated data back together using access.

For example the data in the third column of my table has been split up into ten rows of info but the the first and seconds columns refer to one reference no.

Thanks in advance...

Ian
