Access & other SQL Server dbs are rather easy. You can use the DTS Import/Export Wizard for them. Make sure to do a data transformation on the Access db, though, or SQL will auto assign a datatype and it might not be the one you want to use.
I don't see an object in the DTS Wizard for Lotus Notes, though. Perhaps you should export your Lotus Notes to an Excel or a CSV/delimited text file. Then you can import it via the wizard.
