I am trying to combine an infinite number of records, grouped by workorder number, listing different part numbers separated by a comma. Each workorder has a different number of parts to list. How do I do this? I don't need the list to necessarily be saved, just entered on a report. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
LAS

PS I am using Access 2000

The bad news is that you cannot do what you are wanting with standard query functions in Access (that I can think of, anyway). The good news is that it can be done. Are you familiar at all with VBA code in Access?

I am more familiar with other programming languages, but have had intermediate experience with VBA.
