Merging files

Hello,

We are using ARcserve 11 on Win 2003 server. WE have pruning set only for 30 days. I needed to do a merge on different packs and everything else merges except one pack , details don't come up. I notice this pack whenever it gets backed up, it comes up incomplete because 1 folder doesn't exists. But how come it doesn't come up merged ? Could it be because it was on incomplete status ?

my guess - doesn't merge due to DB corruption
dir is reported not backed up - modify the job select the whole drive and use a filter to exlude what you don't want. Manually deselecting something save the exact dir tree as shown and each time looks for that but will not look for new dirs or files added.
