In one of our databases instead of adding a contact at a company to that companies secondary contacts they would just create and completely new contact resulting in many duplicates. Is there an easy way to move these duplicates into secondary contacts instead of having to do it manually?

I knew this would be hard for me to explain so I'll try again please bear with me.

We have multiple contacts and these contacts all have the same address, phone #, ect. We would like to have a primary contact and move the rest of the contacts into the secondary contacts. Since we have so many is there a way that would allow us to move these to secondary contacts without having to retype all of the information.
