I am fairly new to this.
We have 2 SQL Server 7.0 boxes that have 2 DBs with different sort orders. We would like to consolidate the 2 DBs onto one server. It is my understanding that if we were to upgrade to SQL2k we can change the sort orders to match. Is this correct? Or would it be possible to run the 2 DBs on the same SQL2K server using the 2 different sort orders as they stand now? If we were to make the sort orders the same do we need to rebuild the Master DB?
Thank U in adavance.
