I have two workbooks one for Geneva and one for US. This is data such as Date, Sponsor Name, Trainer Name,... They both contain 6 columns of data that I want to combine into a new workbook or worksheet. I have tried the merge function but can't get it to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

It this is a one-time-only process, the easy method would be to:

1) Open both files.

2) Go to the one from which you want to copy the data.

3) Highlight the range

4) Use <Control> C to copy the data

5) Use <Control> <Tab> to go to the other workbook.

6) Go to the specific location where you want to paste the data.

7) Use <Control> V to paste the data.

Hope this helps.
