??? why dont you mail the result of the transformation ?
The one who recieve your mail wont need to be able to transform xml with xslt (he needs explorer to do this on client side)...
I think it would be better that you mail a html file resulting of the transormation, or any other file depending of what you use into your xsl...
But first, if you use xml/xsl technologies, you have to know that they are made to separate content and layout... so don't try to do something that is exactly what people who created xml and xsl wanted to avoid...
