Merge trees

Hi all, I have a question about merge of two Win2000 trees. At the start, there was 3 separate companies:

Company A -> Domain Win2000 tree
Company B -> Domain WinNT 4.0
Company C -> Domain WinNT 4.0

Now, those three companies have merged at only one. Company B was migrated to Win2000 as root domain and company C was migrated to Win2000 as child domain.

A -----------------------------------> Win2000 tree
B -> WinNT 4.0 --> Win2000 root--+---> Win2000 tree
|
C -> WinNT 4.0 --> Win2000 ------+

The question is this, is there any way or application to join tree of Domain A as child domain of Domain B to get this configuration?, of course without to lose
any user,group, etc....:

Root
Domain B
/ / / Child Child
Domain A Domain C
