Merge to pdf, each pdf has different filename

Hello,
I have a two-page document with merge fields in it and need to create individual 2-page pdf's for each merged document. With PageMaker is it possible to do the merge and print each one to the Distiller automatically? I also need to pass a different filename to the Distiller for each document that will be used when saving it.
