Merge tda 100 with tda 100 or tda 200

I have a client who has two tda100 in the same building.
He would like to merge them so the users in the building can communicate with each other.

You can use a gateway card in each system or Isdn qsig to link them

If not please advice the correct one.

Assuming that you have installed the gateway card on each of the tda 100, do you use the amphenol cable between the cards to establish connectivity ?

TDA490 doesn't have amphenol plugs

How do you then establish the connectivity btn the 1st and the 2nd tda 100.
All the extensions are SLT.

It is the correct card and is connect by network cable. Either on a crossover cable or through a switch

You program them as ip trunks with routing on the system

If you are not sure get someone in to do it.

You could also use isdn cards in each system if they are beside each other

Is the Isdn card number TDA290 ?
And can it connect tda 100 in one side and tda 200 on the other side ?
Both the units are installed in the same network cabinet.

once the link through qsig or ip is there it will support and extension calling another on other side

you can transfer calls between both systems as well.

KX-TDA0284 4 port / 8 channel basic rate isdn card to link the system it will give you 2 channels per isdn port used.
KX-TDA0288 8 port / 16 channel basic rate card

KX-TDA0290 card is a 30 channel card that would give 30 calls at one time

Is it also possible to connect the 2 tda(s) by connecting 4 unused slots of the lcot and SLT card on each side.
Utp cable will be used and each pair will be crimped with RJ11 between the two tda(s).

Though one side will require to use digit 7 followed by the extension number for eg. 7202
