merge partitions

HI
I have partitioned my hard drive using WIn XP
I have 4 partitions, what I want to do is merge 2 of the partitions. Can nthis be done without losing data?

It depends. If the two partitions are fat32, you can merge them fairly easy. However, if one partition is NTFS, it is a bit more difficult.

I suggest getting a copy of Partition Magic, it seemed to work well for me. Make sure you get the latest version because previous versions don't work with XP.
