I have been searching for this all over the web, and I am surprised that I haven't found much. I have an access form of events with a subform of invited contacts.
I am looking to place a simple command button on the main form to run a mail merge of name tag labels. I would like to have a word doc (out in the network directory where the application is) that would have the template of the tags. It would have the size of the labels, and the format of the font. The command button would ideal open that word doc set up as a mail merge template. The command button would direct the word merge template to use the query for the current subform control linking to the current event and run those labels to a new doc.
Is this difficult? Can any please direct me to a good FAQ on this or some guidance as to how I can go about setting this up?
Thank you!!!
