Forum,

Could anyone let me know if this is possible.

Every month I need to run a sales report for customers who are members of a manufactures sales club. The customers have a tag in their profile denotes them as a member. In this case the tag is RAP and is entered in any one of our 7 user definable alpha fields.

I can then run an account list and use an if, then, else formula to display only the users that have RAP within these fields.

I then "manually" enter each of these customer numbers into a sales report to return the sales for each customer.

Why manual you ask? Well... Our insales database does NOT capture the customers user definable alpha fields. So I cannot run a sales report based on these fields. Nor can I link the two tables that contain the information. I've tried, doesn't return vaild info since come customers have ship to accounts and others don't.

Anyways, this leaves me to run two reports. Yuck.

I also need to export both reports and email them as excel spreadsheets to the manufacturers. Of course the manufacturers would prefer the info to be included in one report.

Is there a way to merge the two reports so that the customer number on report A matches up to the customer number in report B? This way the sales info could be added to the report and exported as one. Maybe excel could do this but I'm not sure how to do this as well.

Thanks,
Bill

Subreports are slow, but they might be a workable solution.
