Merge Config

When a CCC supervisor changes the status of an agent via CCV, is this the same as a merge config. If this is the case, if the system Administrator has made changes before the supervisor and set the system to reboot at midnight will these changes be lost. Confused, I am.

Yes if changes have been made with manager for a scheduled reboot any user changes made will be undone.

But the Manager changes will be saved if a supervisor does any changes after the changes on the Manager have been scheduled. This seems to get more complicated, hopefully you are still with me.
