merge attached document into word

I have the attached spreadsheet which I want to merge into a Word document. I was able to do so before a hard disk failure. If I Copy and paste values into another spreadsheet all is OK but I get an error message if I try to merge this spreadsheet. Can anyone spot the problem with this spreadsheet. All other spreadsheets I use for merging are OK.

Hi Terry,

What is the error message you're getting? And are you sure the new spreadsheet has the same file path, file name, sheet names, column headings and data structures as the old one?

Hi,

I can't see a problem with the spreadsheet...but I really hope that is somehow random data you have there for download and not the personal details of 3124 people!

I have changed the details of 3124 members and replaced there addresses with anywhere - the spreadsheet will now merge!

I cannot understand why.

It is no good without teh addresses.
