Merge 2 UML models

I have 2 VISIO files, each one UML model and need to "merge" and relate 2 models.

(Copy/paste only works for "visual" things - I would need to merge class definition in model explorer - best would be package by package as the both models are huge)

Please let me know if this is possible?
