Merge 2 Exchange Servers

I am attempting to merge 2 exchange setups. One is a PST based Exchange system where the PST's are stored on a users homedrive. The other is an Exchange system using mail stores. Some users are on both systems but with different user names. What is the best way to merge the 2 systems?

Exmerge is your friend.

I agree, use exmerge. Rename the PST files to match the user names so they can all be imported automatically.
