Hi,
Its been a few years since I've worked on a Option 11 so I'm very rusty on the programming. I need to get the operator (the main d.i.d. of the business to forward to voicemail. The main receptionist phone is a M26216 . The customer wants the operator to forward to voicemail when a caller calls zero and the message lamp to show up on the phone. They also want the Auto Attend to be shut off. Thanks.

There are a few things to try out.

Change the ATDN in LD 15 under ATT from "0" to a spare number such as "7400" etc.

Then look for a spare key on the M2616 digital phone and add in MCR 0.

In Meridian Mail create a Mail box of "0" and make sure the forwarding DN for busy and no answer goes the the Meridian Mail messaging DN such as 7000 etc.
