Can someone tell me how to check a Merdian Mail sytems disk storage. I am trying to find out how much space is being used, what's available, and how many mlbx's are being used. Is there a limit to how many mailboxes can be programmed, or is that dependant on size of storage?

Merdian Mail hardrive space and mlbx usage

Hey lynmar,
Log in under the meridian mail under Tools. There's a menu there that you can choose that will give you the information you need along with other choices that you should review before using them. The software release of your voice mail will determine the log-in process and the number of choices on the tools menu.

There is another way.
Log in as usual.
Go to the backup menu.
Usualy choise 2 and 2 again.
Here you can see how much space have been used, also how many mailboxes you have.
Easy and accurate enough.
You can set up as many mailboxes as you like. But I would estimate that you can have about 100 to 150 user on 10 hours storage. This is all depending on wich kind of users you have and how they use their mailboxes.
Adding more storage is just a keycode/licens, but it costs money.(no harware required mostly)
