I have a mer mail that the link to the pms is down i removed the PMS from the cable that goes to the merdian mail and shorted pins 2 and 3 and the link still will not come up.i have ordered a
NT6P42AA UTILITY
Can anyone post the procedure to replace this card.

This is for the IPE Mail. If I am correct, there are no settings on this card. You just power off the mail and replace the Utility card.

I have my MerMail CD at the house. If I can remember I will pull the full installation instructions, but I don't think it is that difficult.
