Hi All
I have been running mercury on Netware for many years now. I have decided to move to the Win version as it has a greater functionality. During testing, all was well appart from when mail was going from our domain to our domain. The address got resolved to the correct IP address but connection was refused. External mail servers have no problem connecting.
Environment: firewall BM3.8 on Netware 6.5 mailserver : mercury32 (latest v) on windows XP workstation on a local 172.0.. address. The mail is NATed through the BM3.8 box.
I can ping the external mail address from the mail server and the firewall filtering is setup correctly (makes no difference even if I drop the firewall).
Any assistance appreciated
Paul
