Mercury with Outlook Express Clients

I have an office that is using Outlook Express clients and a shared dial-up internet connection.
I want to install Mercury on their server so that they can send mail internally and have Mercury poll for new external mail and send external mail.
How do I configure Mercury and Outlook Express?
