Mercury not finding PMAIL directory for some users

The users we migrated to our netware 5.1 server from a 3.2 netware are all getting their mail. However, anyone that we added manually as a user with the same rights as those already there are not getting their mail. We get the "deferred" message after sending mail to one of those users. Anyone have a possible solution to that problem.
