Mercury not accepting attachments more than 2mb

HI Everyone,
Does anyone know why Mercury not accepting attachments that is more than 2Mb?... Any email with more than 2mb attachments it automatically blocks it, it never go to user mailbox?...ANyone know? please help.

This is probably a limit imposed by your ISP so all Mercury is receiving is the notification from ISP that email cannot be received
