Mercury Mail - 553 error

Hi there,

I'm getting the following message, and the mail is not being sent. Please advise.

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry. in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\carlslist\index-user_registration-password_reminding-functions.php on line 318
