We are recently seeing that Mercury/32 3.32 on a W2K SP3 server is deleting messages that should be sent through and not considered SPAM.

The Mercurys.log file will show that the messages contain data.

DATA - 13 lines, 499 bytes.

We have a WhiteList file set up to allow these E-mail messages to go through.

We have seen that the Global SPAM filter deleting the messages out.

Also, I don't understand how the number of lines can exceed the number of bytes. Could the data be getting corrupted?

DATA - 329 lines, 470 bytes.
DATA - 489 lines, 488 bytes.

Anyone have an idea on how to solve this?

Thanks for the help!

Check to see if the email address in the whitelist matches the MAIL FROM of the email coming in. I believe that is what the blacklist and whitelist check against. You could "whitelist" them in the ruleset by putting a rule at the top that stops all processing if the From header is the address you want to whitelist.
