mercator map error 4 could not read map

mercator virgin here...i have a new TP and trying to process data through the map and rcvd the following error and not sure what to do


return code 4 - could not read map

It appears to be having an issue with the compiled map. Do you develop one platform and deploy to another? Do you have more than one version building the maps, 6.7, 7.5, 8.n?

Try recompiling the run map and see what happens?
