Hey Folks , I am a member of the BCM yahoo group , and do not get to work on as many Options as i used to
Here is my question .
I have a customer that has a telebranched number , going to a did/ACD queue . The AA greeting answers fine in night mode , even dials the correct extnsion , so they have that part right . What it doesn't do is go to that persons voice mail , it goes back to the AA greet . The SBC guys are passing the dialed number 713 555 7400 , not the ported number 713 555 1303 . Do i need to set up a DMI table to get this to work right ...

Voice service MS 1303
I even tried adding the 1303 as a VSDN .
