Mer Mail Problem

When I was setting up a new mailbox I got an error from the switch when I tried to save the new entry. It said "System error mailbox could not be created try again later." When I tried to create the mailbox again it tells me that the mailbox already exists. I can't View/Modify the mailbox and I can't delete the mailbox. The customer can't login to the mailbox either. Is there any other way to delete the mailbox?
 
You will have to have your vendor or Nortel go into the ML (Machine Language) and delete the entry manualy. This is a somewhat normal issue for Meridian Mail. Good Luck!
