mer mail, not receive msg

Mer Mail 11.0 I want to change a vm box to only play the outgoing msg and not record incoming. I've tried the obvious and it does not work. Ideas?

I take it that someone has left etc,

Try setting a CDN and duplicate that as a prompt within mail, Play once then disconnect.

You would be better off to delete the mail box & set up an Announcement
