When I click the start button, the menu box opens just like it should. That's good. But as soon as I bring the cursor up high enough that the first sub-menu (settings) opens, then the control panel opens before I can click or even select it. If I move real fast, I can move the cursor past the settings to the documents, or favorites, or programs, but then those submenus start cascading open, and wherever the cursor happens to be, that program or document or whatever opens up without selecting or clicking on it. This makes it a pain to open up a program from the start menu, as you can imagine. <br>
