I have a few questions regarding Menulink and am hoping someone can assist -

- is there a step-by-step guide for exporting data from Menulink available?
- is the data schema used by Menulink available anywhere?
- can data be imported into Menulink?
- with release 13.7 Menulink / CFC / Aloha are supposed to be bi-directional - does anyone know what info is bi-directional?? Only punches?

Thanks in advance!

- can data be imported into Menulink?
The import guide is not necessairly the best read...it doesn't always make a ton of sense. Let me see if I can find my copy of it and i'll get it to you. I would highly recommend getting with your CSM. I have always received decent help from ours.

I'm sure there is. I've never used it, ask your CSM

Ask your CSM about data mart and getting the guide for it.

I have only ever used it for punches. I prefer to not use this since I want the Aloha POS to stay with the original punches for historical / fraud research.

employee data is bi-directional. I just took menulink training in Dallas. Say you add a new employee in menulink it will push it out at EOD or upon refresh.
