Menubar option missing off users but not admin

I have created a menubar which appears whenever a report is previewed.

All it has on it is Close and Print. Both of these were copied off the normal 'File' menu. It works fine for the user who has admin rights but the print button does not show up for users who don't.

Does anybody know why?

Figured that one out yet?

Are all the users sharing the same front end? Have you tried doing some mods to the mdb and menu bar logged in with user rights?

mrMika, Sorry for taking so long to come back.

I have part resolved it. If I drag the Printer icon from the database toolbar onto the custom menubar then all users can see this icon and print. Why it is different from dragging the 'print' from the File menu I don't know.

This is only part resolved because the user does not get the Printer Dialog box to choose the printer (it automatically goes to the default).

Do you have any thoughts?
