I have an Octel 250 which is integrated with an Option 11C Nortel PBX through a DMID interface. The software release is 2.00.35-1 on the Octel. I have a main number which I would like answered with a menu to give callers the ability to route to another number base upon the number pressed on the keypad. The number routed to could be on the PBX or off-system. I would like to have as many as 9 choices on this menu. Does the above software have this feature? If not what release do I need and is there also a new software feature I need?

Yes you have the ability to do this with the software that you have you should upgrade the software to rel 3.11 if you can. you will need to use type 32 and 31 mailboxes for your setup
