Menu with image buttons

Hello,

I Have created a menu with image buttons (and rollover option). The images are all in the same row but sepparate.
How can I define so the images can stay together without any space between them?

Or is there any change to have only one image and link three different parts of the image, one to each page? That way the buttons are all together and with the separator line I want.
