Menu Suggestions

Can someone help me, I need an easy and quick solution for my menu at

http://www.foxymorons.net

It is hard to update, that is the main issue I have with it, however any suggestions to make it better and easier to use would be great!

It's not how I would do it, but why is it hard to update?
Surely you just add/remove table cells or change the text/link within them?

If you mean that you have to update it on every page, try using Server Side Includes or include a block of code with PHP or ASP.
These methods have been discussed at length on these forums.

If you want to devote little time and learning to it, try using semantic markup (i.e. make your menu list an HTML list) then style that list with CSS.
