menu steps to export to Excel CR ver 8.5 1

Hi -
I have gone through all the menu items and can't find any options to export. I went to the Business Objects support site and found articles about exporting but none so simple as how to get started.

Is exporting possible in Crystal Reports 8.5 and if so, what are the steps to get there through the menu?

On your toolbar you should see an open envelop with a red arrow pointing down. That is your export button.

From there click on the Excel format you want. I have 8.5 and I usually use Excel 8.0 (extended). However, I usually export my data in CSV format, which can be read by Excel.
