Menu prompt recording limits 1

We have an existing Call Pilot application. One of the Menus contained in the App needs to have a long greeting prompt (almost 3 minutes). We changed the Messaging -> Message Management-> Recording parameter from 120 to 240. We are still being restricted to about 120 seconds for the recording time of the Menu prompt. Any tips on what still needs to be tweaked?

You changed "Maximum Prompt Size" in Messaging Management, correct?

The Messaging -> Message Management-> Maximum Prompt size is the right place to adjust the Menu Greeting Length in Call Pilot
