Where can you globally change the IP SET Menu password? Can you include it on the DHCP string? Can it be configured via Element MGR? Or where.

I set this in either my system.prv or 1140e.prv file on my provisioning server.

Is there anywhere on element Manager or the switch that you can change the password?

The Local Tools Menu password cannot be changed on Element Manager or the switch.

The Local Tools Menu password (what you initially referred to as the "IP SET Menu password") CANNOT be changed on Element Manager or the switch. The ONLY way to change it is via Nortel-i2004-B DHCP or TFTP/HTTP config files serveed to the IP Phone.
