menu options in voicemail

We're using CM R016x.00.1.510.1 with Aura Messaging 6.0.1

In the default Voicemail menu, how do I define which submenus are offered?

For instance, when someone goes into their voicemail, Audrey Audix offers up the following options:

To record messages, press 1
To get messages, press 2
To administer personal greetings, press 3

And then she stops.

Option 5, which lets people change their password & record a name, etc, is not verbally declared to be an option, but you can press 5 and get in there. I always have to tell people "To change your password, press 5 to get to the secret menu."

How do I unhide this menu option so that people know that they can do this? I've looked through every option I can find in the "Messaging Administation" webpage and can't find anything likely. I can't find a reference to this in the documentation, either, though I'm not sure what keyword to search for.

It was the same way with our old Audix box before we upgraded, so this has been bothering me for years, but I haven't taken the time to look for a solution till now.

To hear a list of all of the options in the mailbox, the user just has to press star four, or *H, for help when at the main menu.
