Hi there,
I am setting a MLLA auto-attendant,
My system is bilingual
I created a menu node mailbox for the digit 3
When I try to record the greeting menu on the mailbox 3, the system doesn’t give me the choice to record in both languages, What I am missing?

i've never tried a bilingual scenario but what makes sense to me is that you will require a duplicate menu tree for each language. The prompts are bilingual but I don't think greetings can be.

Thanks KwbMitel.
at least am sure that the main greetings are bilingual, because when i make a call to my system and i press 8, i get
the main greeting in the second language. the problem is when the caller press 8 for the second language then 3
for a sub-menu he get's the prime menu language recorded inder the menu-node mailbox3(witch is recorded only on one language). is there an other way to configure the menu-node to get both languages?

I'd use 6160 server or asterisk connected over SIP trunks as an IVR system with whole 9 yards of features and fancy stuff. Embedded VM is not really flexible and suitable for standard installations only.

If it's not an option I would assign on-digit menu "2" and start branching from there using alternative language.
