Can anyone tell me how many menu levels and ccr trees are on a BCM 50? Also, what is the difference between a menu level and ccr tree?

menu levels are paths within the CCR tree. I think u can have up to 9 paths but I'm not positive.

Depending on S/W level could be 4 to 50 CCR trees. You can only have 8 paths because "0 and 9" are taken. I believe you can go to 3 sub-menus.

Adversity is Opportunity

There are 99 ccr trees.
Each with 8 menu levels and 8 sub menu levels
eg: ccr tree 1 has up to 8 options.
press 1
press 2 etc.

after pressing option 1 you have another 8 sub menu levels
ofering you to press 1,press 2 etc.up to 8 again.

You have 99 of these trees offering you the same service.
alot to play with.

You can have up to 8 by 8 menu's. Meaning having a menu in option 1 then in that menu having another menu, then in that second menu you can have a third menu, then in that third menu you can have a fourth then so on up to 8.
But you should never have more then 1 or 2 sub-menus otherwise people press "0" and defeat the purpose of your menu.
In reports you can see the CCR tree usage that tells you if people are using them or not...
